Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout. There may be additional shipping required to ship some items to Alaska or Hawaii. At this time we do not ship outside of the US. We will consolidate shipping and ship items together, whenever possible. Shipping can be combined by contacting us prior to placing your order with the items you wish to order and the full shipping address so we can create a custom listing with the most accurate shipping possible.
Most items ship USPS or UPS ground. Delivery is generally 3-5 days as long as the carrier doesn't have delays. We are not responsible for delivery times. Once the package is given to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. We recommend clients have a safe and secure location for delivery or package receipt as once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot help with lost or stolen packages.
We offer shipping/delivery upgrades upon request and charge an additional cost depending on option desired.
We do our best to safely and securely package and ship our items. In 8 years, we've seen only a handful of damaged items as sometimes, no amount of packing materials can prevent damage. We request that you hold onto any damaged item, the packing materials and the shipping box and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packing materials/package it was shipped in. We require clients to hold onto these for up to 2 weeks in case the carrier needs to pick them up to process a damage claim.
